ROAN FOOTBALL HEROES' REUNION IN 2027
The Roan Boys School scored an amazing hat-trick in the 1970s - winning the English Schools Trophy three times in 1971, 1977 and 1978.
An incredible feat for a relatively small school.
And next year in 2027, as Roan celebrates its 350th Anniversary of its founding in Greenwich, a special reunion dinner is being organised to bring players, family and school associates together.

21 May at London’s National Liberal Club is the date and venue. Tickets will go on sale very soon. Keep checking this website for details.

The three cup wins have gone down in Roan folklore and the event will be a chance for players and others involved to relive their football achievements and share their memories since. A similar event hasn't been organised for 20 years.

Founded by John Roan in 1677 to help the poor children of Greenwich, the event will form part of various events being planned in 2027 for the School to mark this important landmark date.
